Snacking on Salty Air

Trader Joe's Roasted Seaweed Snacks grant you the delightful experience of eating salty air with a touch of crunch.  For anyone like me who has aspired to eat air, this is quite a breakthrough.  A serving only has 30 calories and 2 grams of fat, 1 gram of carbs (which is fiber) and 1 gram of protein.  A package has two servings, so I say--why not go for the whole thing?  No one wants soggy old seaweed, so once you've opened the package, might as well dig in.

Now, even though it feels like you are eating air, they are surprisingly filling and quite entertaining to eat.  Some companies are even selling seaweed supplements as a diet aid claiming it suppresses your appetite.  I don't know if I buy this and I don't think this stuff is going to make you walk on water and kick cancer while it's at it, but it does make an excellent snack
