Grilled Swordfish with Penzeys Northwoods Fire
A new Whole Foods just opened up in my neighborhood thereby opening up my convenient culinary options. I was especially excited about the selection of fresh fish. On my first fishing expedition, I chose some swordfish steaks. Once I had my catch home, I seasoned it with some Penzeys Northwoods Fire spices and some salt. The boyfriend grilled up the half inch thick steaks for about 4.5 minutes per side at high heat on the grill. The Northwoods Fire and swordfish were the perfect pair and the fish was delectable.
